This brand-new hotel offers plenty of modern and a nice size rooms. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from a handsome museum. Also, it is close to downtown Jacksonville and local restaurants. They serve plenty of meals, the food I tried was fresh.

The room was reasonably large and featured central heating, a private safe, and pay television. The location was great, you can visit The Well by walking.

The beds were comfortable here, and the rooms were good-sized and new-fashioned. A handy kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Downtown. The hotel is modern and the staff is friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast choices were great and the coffee was really good. I also loved the convenience of having local restaurants and freeway access nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated having a kitchen area. I highly recommend this hotel!

Location: the hotel was close enough to local restaurants and freeway access as well as downtown Jacksonville. The room was quite spotless and great-sized. Most of the staff were excellent.

Located in a lively area surrounded by restaurants and near freeway access. The hotel is equipped with newer facilities and friendly staff. The breakfast bar has a good variety of hot breakfast choices and good coffee. The rooms are clean with a well-equipped kitchen area.

The signage of the property is not visible enough, making it hard to locate, especially for first-time visitors.

This hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent business trip. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the aroma was fresh and inviting. The location was perfect since it was near local shopping centers and restaurants. One of the best aspects of staying here was the fully equipped kitchen in my room, which made me feel at home. I was able to enjoy a great hot breakfast and delicious coffee that was offered daily.

Although the hotel was conveniently located, it was challenging to find it at first, especially at night, since there was no ground signage available. I had a minor issue during check-out when my key stopped working, but it was a quick fix, and the staff was accommodating.
